Phone/Fax Switch for enabling a single line phone to be used for both phone and
fax; Antenna Eliminator TV Antenna; wireless "Child Guard" monitoring device for
protecting children from drowning in household pools or kidnappings; IntruDefense
personal security products; Spectrum Antenna Tuner and Gain Booster for tuning VHF/UHF
TV signals; Cable Plus - an automatic Antenna/Cable/Satellite Switch; wireless powerline
speakers, first wireless video home broadcast system, along with many other innovations.
With over 23 years of experience in consumer electronics distribution and retail,
Dockery has developed a blanketed marketing arm for distributing his products nationwide,
from small distributors to national chains and department stores throughout the
US, Canada and Mexico markets. Dockery's manufacturing product distribution capabilities
extend from 1981, producing state-of-the-art audio/video equipment for end-users
worldwide. Having manufacturing contracts in Malaysia, Taiwan and mainland China,
Dockery will continue as a leading supplier for innovative technologies throughout
the world. Since 1986, Dockery has managed engineering teams, coordinated high volume
production lines, automated product distribution lines, customer service center,
refurbishing lines and many other aspects of managing a national and international
business. Dockery was CEO and Chairman of Doc-Tech International Corporation, an
international consumer electronics manufacturing company. Dockery's patented technologies
include propagated audio, video, telecommunication and computer signals over conventional
commercial and home power line systems. Additional patents also include wireless
communication broadcast signals for high frequency applications, including audio,
video, telecommunication and computer networking.In 1996, Dockery was a named candidate
for Inc. Magazine's "Entrepreneur of the Year", experiencing slightly more than
2,600 percent in revenue growth for 2 years in a row.
Currently, Dockery is the Chairman and CEO of Xium Corporation, a complete turnkey
consumer electronics manufacturing and direct response company.
Marc Ramirez

With 18 years of experience, Marc has been
involved in the logistical role of offshore consumer electronics production and
has maintained a highly successful formula for management in the manufacturing process
and various distribution and fulfillment operations. By being directly involved
in the development of factory based product assembly and assisting with product
development, he has the ability to strategically direct the efforts of the company
and to create multiple successful personnel teams. Marc is a highly respected team
leader who is able to function effectively and simultaneously at different levels
by handling high level organization-wide management issues as well as hands-on problem
solving at the operational level. Marc has traveled across the country and across
the world to train and manage the right teams for the right products. Marc graduated
with a B. S. in Engineering Technology from West Texas State University and with
his technical background he has been a vital role in departmentalizing customer
service by leveraging technology to maximize productivity.
Paul Brown

For over three decades Paul Brown has worked on the leading
edge of the global technology revolution. His work assignments have taken him around
the world and have afforded him the opportunity to witness firsthand the impact
of technology on the global economy.
A native Ohioan, Paul has held executive positions with IBM,
Digital Equipment Corporation, Computer Sciences Corporation, KPMG and Bearing
Point. In addition to corporate work experience Paul has a long history of success as an
entrepreneur.Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Heidelberg College in Tiffin,
Ohio, where he currently serves on the college’s Board of Trustees. Paul has attended executive
development courses at Harvard University, Brown University and Emory University.
Paul is married and is the proud father of three daughters and has been blessed with four
grandchildren.Paul is an active member of the St. James United Methodist Church in Alpharetta,
Georgia, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Atlanta/Roswell District of
United Methodist Church.

For 20 years, Kamel has been responsible for the complete quality control of all the goods produced, manufactured and exported to the U.S.A. and Central America. The goods included Household & Sundry Items such as Electric Fans, Cassette Radios, Luggage bags, lamps, etc.. Visited all the manufacturing plants and did get some knowledge on the machinery used to produce above items and workforce included. Speaking 3 languages, including Chinese (mandarin), communication in multiple languages is important while dealing in the Far East.
Since 1990, Kamel’s managerial job duties included complete final control over Purchase, Sales, Finance, Staffs, Business management and responsibilities of the profit and loss, overseas Traveling and the day to day activities of the Company.
Since 2002, Kamel has managed off-shore manufacturing facilities in both Taiwan and China ranging from spare parts, raw materials up to finished products including products manufactured in Plastic, Metal, Cloths, Glass etc and getting the product Quality standards and Tests clearance by SGS Far Esat Ltd, UL, ETL , CSA etc with capabilities of solving any problems during Manufacturing and production of products.
